i can install up to a secure level once it say restarting now.after it does not carry on from where on earth it left but starts again.i enjoy changed data cable ,ram,etc.Tried to nouns win xp,win98 still the same.

Get into bios, find and disable "bios Cache"
Try getting into your CMOS / BIOS AFTER the restart and adjust you boot device from CD to HHD0 if not the computer to loop back to the installation compact disc.
