Is it possible to format a frozen disk too often, or to stifle partitions too normally? I heard somewhere that it is alot of wear and shred on your hard drive. Is that true??
Format too much??
All drives wear out. But the go expectancy for a hard drive should be around ten years anyway. Unless you are constantly crashing your computer, you should be fine formatting it.
No, it is not any more intense than transferring files or booting up your computer.
