my harddrive will not fomat. you click on format and stat and it stays on 0 percent and doesn't dance to 1%
External harddrive won't format?
Go to:
START | SETTINGS | CONTROL PANEL | ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS | COMPUTER MANAGEMENT | STORAGE
Highlight the drive. Right-click and pick format.
