Ive get a IBM 19K0652 Hard drive. 18.2 GB 10K RPM FC. What plug does this HD take and how do I plug it within to get it running??

It's a Fibre Channel drive, not typically for desktops and are used primarily in servers and enterprise height storage systems. It requires a 40 pin SCA cable to connect it and would also require a fibre concentrate host bus adapter too. The adapters alone cost from multiple hundreds of dollars to several thousand. You'd be better of junking it and getting a regular SATA or PATA drive instead.
