the computer i am getting have a graphics card of 256MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 7400 the game i enjoy requires a DirectX 9.0. Is the 256MB NVIDIA(R) GeForce(R) Go 7400 enough to download the directX 9.0 form microsoft.com so i may play my spectator sport?

you probably already have dx 9.0c, which is better than dx9.0. Either mode, yes, you would be fine.
