i requirement a free partition that can resize ntfs so it will be smaller. later i need it to be capable of give that space it took to the unallocated partion and clear it become bootable.

I recommend you not to scrabble for free partition inspector. It will be better for you to purchase Partition Magic or Disk Director Suite. I prefer Disk Director. all right, there isn't any utility that resizes hedge without losing the background for free (at least i don't know).
