Earthin problem?

i own a problem on my computer related with earthin.upto ups i check the dust connection is right but till my cabinet till shock me little.please give a hand me.is earth problem effect on nouns system?

In English, it's called grounding. I don't blame you, though, you probably used some online translating software - those are VERY ineffective.



It's typical if you get shocked when you touch your computer armour (I assume this is what you meant by cabinet). Unless it's a constant shock, it's purely static electricity that you've accumulated exiting your body through the defence TO the ground, which is perfectly locked.



If it's just a short little snap, it's static electricity - no worries.



If it's long within duration (more than one full second long), you have a serious electrics problem and should call an electrician. I really do NOT come up with that this is the case though, this sort of item is VERY rare.
