Empty Card Reader Drives showing up surrounded by Windows Explorer?

I own a multi-card reader connected to my computer. However, even if the card reader is empty, the drives will still show up within Windows Explorer.



Is there a instrument to "hide" the empty drives, and show them merely if a card is inserted into the card reader.



I do not want to disable the card reader.
