I go to try and make a video cd and get the following message..."mpeg-2 encoding/decoding/playback is not availiable"...I just get a dvd burner and it installed nero, which is what I was trying to use...any accepted wisdom what that is and why it wont work?

oh i know the problem. the dvd have protection on it so you cannot rip from it. try finding another movie to burn
