I own a Optorite DVD RW Drive and recently it will not undo. I tried the little hole under the tray and nil. I think that the tray is stuck. Do you know where/how I can fix this?

Is a disk contained by it? if so the disk may be stuck and a little prying beside a tiny flat blade screwdriver may free it up. Lots of emphasis on the little prying - watch out ! If no disk in it consequently no prying but you should ask Optorite via the 'contact us' on their website.
Usually an unravelled paperclip in the hole pops it plain. You sure you pushed whatever you used contained by far enough? Do not use glue labels on the discs...they fry up, loosen and jam up the drive.
They may be a disc, or a loose member jamming the drawer, if there is you may want to disassemble the drive, and remove the disc; however you can ruin it if you don't know what you are doing, so take it to a tech.
I've have to destroy drives to retrieve my disks. Thought human being the disk was worth more than the ripened optical drive.
