DVD and CD-Rom still say insert disk after disk is inserted, any accepted wisdom?

Clean the sensor
this is up bcz ur cd reader or writer is not functioning properly and is not reading the cd.

talk to ur comp. contrive 'bout this
maybe the computer cannot read the disk. try another brand or format.
Does it run both disc and DVD? Many drives only run one or the other.
