First press and hold the windows knob on your keyboard later press the pause/break button, the goto device manager and see if you dvd is contained by there if it is, uninstall it and reinstall it, involve more info if its not in nearby, you can email me if you get really stuck

Try removing the RAM and seeing if it appears again. If it does that mode the PC does not like that RAM. Can try rearrange the RAM in the slots. You may enjoy to get a different memory stick.
