Go to my computer, right click your hard drive here, and hit format. Or pop your windows disk contained by and let it do it near a new install. You'll own to install windows anyway, unless you've get linux or such.

Double-click on My Computer and right-click on the icon of your knotty disk and select Format…. Check the Full radio button and click on Start.
